I was worst and I change my diet. I recommend to you that stop eating carbos at all and start eating animal protein beef lamb and pork specialy the fatty one. A lot o eggs, no vegetable oils but avocados and Olive oil . Start a keto diet and you will be fine and healthy.

Al - I’m seeing this several months after you posted it. I hope you are continuing to feel better, and I hope your daughter is well. What a frightening and traumatic experience for you and your wife. I hope you can find a therapist that can help you work on Anxiety - what triggers it and how to mitigate it. I’ve had anxiety (panic attacks) and depression since my mid-teens, but did quite a bit of therapy in my late teens and early twenties, along with medication, which has allowed me to live a full and happy life. I wish the same for you, as you are a rare bird in this World - somebody who lives out most days in service to others, for free. Amazing.

i had same problem with my pool get a product named phosfreeplus it kills phosphates use half gallon first treetment after it clears use one cap each week you will also use less chlorine

The kids are so well behaved and sometime in the future they also will be awesome parents because they had very good teaching from mom and dad.
